Job Description

The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) will be responsible for driving sales, dealer engagement, and brand visibility in Provinces 3, 4 and 5. The role demands hands-on market engagement, channel development, and achievement of sales targets in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for bathware and home solutions in the assigned provinces.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, projects, and retail accounts.
  • Channel & Dealer Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers.
  • Ensure regular order bookings, timely collections, and smooth logistics coordination.
  • Market Development
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the assigned areas and execute territory-level business development activities.
  • Support appointment and onboarding of new dealers.
  • Brand & Product Promotion
  • Execute in-shop branding, displays, and promotional events.
  • Educate retailers and influencers (like plumbers and interior designers) about product USPs.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, market activity, and competitor intelligence.
  • Coordinate with the HO and distribution partners for stock availability and delivery.
  • Customer Service
  • Resolve customer queries and support after-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
