Job Description

The Territory Sales In-charge (TSI) is responsible for managing sales operations within an assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring effective product visibility, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory through effective market coverage.
  • Identify and onboard new retailers/distributors and maintain healthy relationships with existing ones.
  • Regularly visit market to collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and address customer concerns.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
  • Conduct product training, promotional activities, and schemes at the retail/distributor level.
  • Ensure proper product placement, branding, and visibility in the market.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with reporting managers.
  • Collect feedback from customers and the market for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of company-provided vehicle and fuel.
