Sales and Marketing Officer

As a Sales and Marketing Officer at Arunodaya Distillery, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of alcoholic beverages and liquors in the 7 provinces of Nepal. You will utilize your expertise and experience in the industry to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives 
• Identify potential customers and develop relationships to increase sales 
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities 
• Collaborate with various teams to develop new products and packaging designs 
• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and negotiate contracts 
• Manage and maintain the sales budget and report on sales performance 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers 
• Organize and attend industry events to promote the company's products 
• Oversee the development of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency 
• Train and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team 
• Continuously evaluate and improve sales and marketing strategies to meet targets and increase market share
