Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager – EV Commercial Vehicles to lead and drive sales operations across a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial vehicle sales, a deep understanding of electric vehicle (EV) trends, and strong leadership skills. This role demands strategic market analysis, effective team management, and a passion for expanding EV market share through innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive EV commercial vehicle penetration.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer trends, and competitive insights.
  • Strengthen brand presence through strategic partnerships, dealer/distributor engagement, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales channels, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with key commercial clients, fleet operators, government bodies, and logistics companies.
  • Track sales performance, prepare regional reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to customer service standards, and operational excellence.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on product development based on customer feedback and market demand to service team.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments, EV policies, and incentives relevant to commercial vehicle deployment.
