Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
- Welcome and attend to clients as they visit the Experience Center.
- Build a positive rapport with customers to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Understand and anticipate client needs to provide personalized service.
Product Explanation:
- Clearly and effectively explain the features, benefits, and usage of products to clients.
- Demonstrate products where applicable to showcase their functionality and value.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including new releases and updates.
Brand Experience:
- Deliver a comprehensive and immersive brand experience to clients.
- Ensure that the brand’s values and messaging are consistently conveyed to all visitors.
- Create memorable interactions that leave a lasting positive impression of the brand.
Conversion and Sales:
- Strive to convert visitors into customers through persuasive communication and excellent service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion rates as set by the management.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Customer Follow-Up:
- Assist in gathering customer feedback post-visit to understand their experience and satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with potential clients to address any questions and encourage purchase decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Experience Center Manager and other representatives to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support colleagues by sharing insights and best practices for customer engagement and conversion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of and passion for the brand’s products and industry.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
