Job Description

  • Responsible for sales in the assigned product and targeted area
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase volume
  • Coordinate with dealers, wholesalers and representatives of area allotted for the achievement of sales target
  • Follow up for Payments with Dealers
  • Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
  • Organize and monitor sales target and distributors performance
  • Focus on acquiring new customers, developing close relations and providing excellent customer service 
  • Implement scheme as per the guidelines
  • Develop new clients and areas for promotion of products
  • Availability of products at the right place
  • Good knowledge of Nepal's Geography, for route-planning
  • Inform about competitor & industries analysis
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report
  • Prepare and submit Monthly sales plan
  • Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies
  • Experience in Hardware Market or relevant industry, prior dealing with dealers, will be preferable

Note : The interview for candidates outside the Kathmandu Valley will be conducted in two stages. Only after being selected in the first stage, which will be conducted online, will candidates proceed to the second stage of the interview.
