International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim Provinces of Nepal.
For the following position, Shining Hospital INF Surkhet is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted female Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions, and values.
Position: Fistula Outreach Facilitator (Female)

Location: Different Districts of Karnali, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim Provinces
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of fistula outreach activities in the project areas. This includes identifying women with obstetric fistula and facilitating their referral and travel to appropriate treatment centers. The role also involves conducting awareness and sensitization activities for key target groups, including health workers, Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs), mothers’ groups, community groups, and other relevant stakeholders, to improve understanding, early identification, and prevention of obstetric fistula.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- SEE pass
- At least 3 years of work experience in community health, with a specific focus on women’s health issues, community awareness raising, or socioeconomic rehabilitation.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in areas such as fistula-related community work, community mobilization, or community facilitation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Case story writing skill and report writing.
- Basic knowledge in Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, power point and Email)
- Ability to understand local languages such as Tharu, Awadhi.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project areas as required.
- Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
