Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales plan and meet monthly sales target.
  • Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests.
  • Meet operations/logistics targets based on branches to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services.
  • Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to customers, both in the field and those visiting the branch offices.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. 
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Responsible for overall operations of the branches including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration.
