Job Description
1. Market Expansion & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for assigned regions.
- Strengthen product coverage and ensure increased market penetration.
2. Sales Operations & Target Achievement
- Design and implement sales plans to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams in respective regions.
3. Distributor & Dealer Network Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and dealers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and optimize distributor performance.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth order execution in coordination with supply chain teams.
- Ensure product availability and timely delivery.
5. Client & Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen partnerships and resolve challenges.
6. Market Intelligence & Performance Reporting
- Collect and analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide timely reports and strategic insights to senior management.
7. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Execute regional promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
8. Budgeting & Financial Compliance
- Develop and oversee regional sales budgets.
- Ensure financial discipline and compliance with company standards.
9. Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales guidelines.

- Kathmandu (KTM) and Bagmati Province – 2 positions
- Koshi Province – 1 position
- Gandaki Province – 1 position
- Lumbini Province – 1 position
